Each Airport location had different Database and Application. There was no intercommunication. Naturally it was failing to scale and support the current and future needs of the company. Infysion Technologies re-engineered the product to a modern, accessible, scalable and modular solution.

Key Challenges

  • Large chunk of operations were manually performed.
  • Lack of transparency about operations and decisions taken due to unavailability of consolidated data.
  • It was requiring significant efforts to learn and operate this application. It had developed dependency on individuals in system.
  • Inability to analyze the trends and become more efficient.
  • Deployment cost was considerably high. It demands pausing the work and efforts at each airport location.

Our Solution

  • Developed a Web based solution using latest .NET platform and technologies. It has eliminated the complexities with different instances of databases and applications.
  • Discussed and observed the working pattern of individuals in different roles. Involved them in solutions designing to achieve acceptability.
  • Developed “Dynamic Report” feature to allow end uses to design reports on the fly based on situations. It has enabled them to have right data for various operations and decision making.
  • Developed “Global Reports” to analyze the data across different locations and observe the trends.
